Warli painting is an Indian Folk Art and gaining immense popularity and recognition in the recent times.It is featured high in the collector's list and a great present to give to an avid art lover.It is similar to aboriginal art, though not the same.
It aims to present the close connection which humanity has to Mother nature.All paintings aim to depict people in harmony with nature.This painting features the vibrant setting of a farm land where everything is in motion.The plants, people and animals are presented in black against a white background and are in synchrony with each other and nature.They represent a circle which completes creation.
This is an acrylic creation on chart and all of it is intricately painted.Since I am moving out of country, it is not framed.Framing will add to more than twice its value.
