The Role:
You will be a pivotal member of this small team responsible mainly for the creative design
Providing high quality graphic design
Designing documents using print and electronic media
Managing all aspects of web based designing
The duties will include, but are not restricted to the following tasks:
Design of materials such as flyers, brochures, posters, banners, advertisements, newsletters , business cards and other corporate documents and promotional materials
Maintain and regularly update websites to design specifications.
Convert client specific briefs into appropriate solutions
Be able to liaise with clients and ensure high satisfaction of end product delivery within a timely manner and within budget
Hands- on support as required of printing, mailbox / courier service support at the store.
Your skills
This position requires formal qualification in graphic design
Demonstrated experience in the following:
o Project management
o Desktop publishing applications including the Adobe Creative suite
Comprehensive understanding of the operation and maintenance of websites using CMS and HTML products
Highly developed communication skills, both written and oral
Demonstrated ability to conceptualise, organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate communication between staff and clients
Constructive approach to problem solving, organisaton and prioritisation of work with little supervision
Ability to manage clients over the phone and face to face.
High standard of customer service
The position is based at Parramatta and is ideally a 5 day job with flexibility to suit the right candidate.
