The accounting firm emails the working papers as 1 scanning document / several pdfs (1x financial statements, 1x tax return, and related minutes and pensions documents, etc.) to the email box and subject line “2013 XXfund Auditing Request”. My firm will skim the files and reply with confirmation of receiving files and suggest an estimate turnover time (aiming for maximum 3 business days) by the end of the day or the morning of the next day. By starting the audit, the auditor will contact the responsible accountants by email/phone to request additional information if needed. At the end of the audit, My firm will provide the engagement letter, signed financials & tax return, audit opinion and invoice for the audit.
