• 2 mins walk to bus-stop that goes to Hills, Epping, Macquarie
• 5 mins walk to free-bus stop that circle around Parramatta.
• 8 mins walk to bus-stop that goes to Ryde, City.
• The rent is $200 per week, bills included, payable in advance for 2 weeks.
• 2 weeks bond required.
• My apology but I don’t rent out for couple.
